Alvarado Films - Pandemic Launch

For the past 5 years, I’ve volunteered in my children’s San Francisco Public Elementary School, to create short films that tell the story of the school and our amazing and truly diverse community. These films each have a specific fundraising focus, are shown at our annual auction, and always result in some tears being shed and some wallets being opened.

During this pandemic year, I had to get creative about what we could show, since the schools hadn’t reopened just yet by the time the spring auction was held online. That said, I executed on a couple of ideas that get to the heart of what Alvarado is really about. These two films launched online just yesterday, and for good measure, I’ve listed the links to all the short films from previous years as well.

So grateful for my community.
